Planet Comics Carolinas' Invitational Qualifier

The 2014 Carolinas' Invitational Qualifier at Planet Comics is always a fun and competitive event with a bid in the Carolinas' Invitational at MACE on the line.  This year's event has 16 players from South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and West Virginia converging for the right to carry the Planet Comics banner into MACE 2014.

In 2012, Nathan Starwalt took top honors by defeating James Lampson in a Circle versus Cygnar match-up to go to the inaugural Invitational.  The following year, James Lampson took his Cygnar to the 2013 Invitational with a victory over Travis Cooper's Legion of Everblight.  With a field littered with qualifiers from previous years, who will be the next player to punch his ticket to MACE?

  3. I was thinking of doing just that, but never really written a battle report. will see what I can do. As for assassinations one round I got to 5 points the same turn I assassinated the other caster. Most of my games were against scenario casters, I saw a shot at the casters, and took it.

  4. @lord17c - Generally, it's about 50/50 scenario/assassination in this area, so having most games end via assassination is somewhat odd in this area.

@Christopher Langley - If you want to write-up a battle report, that would be awesome! Feel free to post it here in the comments, or even e-mail it to us and we'll try to get it up as a blog post.
